You may purchase merchandise from this Web site by using any one of the payment options listed in (link to Payment Options). Let's Bag It reserves the right to change its payment procedures at any time without prior notice to you.
If you are disatisfied with your order for any reason, you can return your items that have not been worn or altered with all tags attached. In return, you will be given a refund or exchange. A $15.00 restocking fee will be applied to the 1st item, and $10.00 for each additional item. This fee will be waived if you receive a defective item.
Let's Bag It will refund your money if item is returned within 5 days of purchase. Let's bag it will refund your money in the same form as the original payment. Refunds for items returned after five days and within two weeks from receipt of item will be issued in the form of store credit.
To return or exchange an item you must get a RETURN AUTHORIZATION number by emailing us via contact us. Please include your order number on the form. We will not accept any returns and will reject package if there is no RA number on the outside of package.
As said above, Let's Bag It will not accept returns on worn merchandise, or handbags that do not have tickets attached. If a handbag is returned without original tickets and packaging a store credit will be applied.
We thoroughly inspect every item before shipping to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns under any of the following circumstances.
1- The item is damaged or shows signs of use
2- There is no RA number on box
3- The item is improperly packaged for shipping
All Monogram sales are final, and monogram bags cannot be returned.
Customer is responsible for payment of shipment back to store.
Items priced 30 percent off or more are final sale.
Refused shipments =
Refused shipments from letsbagitonline.com are subject to the original shipping charges, the cost of returning the package, plus a twenty percent restocking fee. The amount will be subtracted from your merchandise refund.

IF YOU CHOOSE TO SPECIAL ORDER AN ITEM THAT IS NOT ON OUR WEB SITE OR PURCHASE ON ITEM THROUGH THE STORE VIA TELEPHONE, EMAIL, OR STOPPING BY, IT IS CREDIT ONLY 7 DAYS. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS.
